Aerobic Biotech Corp (ABC) delivers Alternative Waste Technology (AWT) facilities based on the DOBAS Fermentation bioconversion process. The system, originally developed in Australia, incorporates advanced sorting, aerobic fermentation and gasification. By this means all organics can be recycled into bio-fertiliser, renewable energy (from non-putrescible biomass), and recyclables such as steel, aluminium, glass and plastics. The system ensures total diversion of municipal solid waste (MSW) from landfill and guarantees social, economic and environmentally sustainable management of MSW. Where MSW is offered as a raw material, ABC delivers a fertiliser factory and power station. DOBAS Fermentation technology also enables cost-effective recycling of large-scale feedlot manures, piggery wastes, poultry wastes, EFB and POME, bagasse, rice straw, date palm leaves and other problematic agricultural wastes. Organic wastes can be converted to bio-fertiliser and compost, reliably, quickly and economically, by the DOBAS Fermentation process. The DOBAS Fermentation system is a package which enables resource recovery closer to source, with incorporation of existing waste transfer stations now a viable waste management option. Aerobic Biotech’s experienced team provides design, construction, commissioning, operation and maintenance services for DOBAS Fermentation AWT facilities. Included in the package is ongoing management of all outputs including renewable energy, bio-fertiliser, recyclable materials and non-recyclable residuals.
The DOBAS Fermentation process is the 21st Century solution to the global challenge of environmentally responsible organic waste and MSW management. It offers unparalleled benefits by combining advanced bio-conversion practices with Mechanical Biological Treatment (MBT) to produce the World’s Best integrated organic waste conversion system.
